The Portal Research Plagiarism Detection System (PR-PDS) employs artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify content that has been plagiarised from various sources.
Content can be submitted both manually, through registered user accounts, or can be checked automatically by connecting the organisation’s OJS, IssueM, Moodle, or Google Classroom with the PR-PDS. Content matching is done at the phrase level and at word group level against the Portal Research Archive and using a number of text-based search engines with access to Internet sources and private databases.
